Must have TeamSpeak, or willing to get it, and a mic...no exceptions
Must have a 1800+ recent WN8 and a 50%+ WR
Must have at least 3 tier 8, and 10 CW/SH suitable tanks
Be able to participate in CW/SH at least 3 nights/week
Must be teachable and patient
