At least 300 battles in the ELC AMX
55% win rate in the ELC
51% average overall winrate
2 marks of excellence in the ELC AMX,preferably 3.
Have at least 2 crew skills on your ELC's commander and driver
1050 WN8 or more
3000 battles overall
